It was a really good day. I was treated to a breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast. Kessiah, Jenessa, Sienna, and Logan all sang with the Primary today during Sacrament Meeting...as usual, it brought tears to my eyes. All the women in the ward got a chocolate candy bar after the meeting...yummy. On our way out the door to go home after the meeting block, a woman in our ward made the comment to us "Isn't it amazing what ten years can do!" She was referring to our family...and she was right on! I never would have guessed 10 years ago that my life would look like this. I have been incredibly blessed and surprised!

Ryan made me (and the rest of the family!) dinner...salmon, rice, veggies and cheesecake. Yummy!!! He also bought me some beautiful flowers a couple of days ago (knowing that the father-son campout might make it difficult to go shopping on Saturday...which it did!)

WOW! I don't know if you will remember me, but Ashley Clark is my maiden name. I am Gary Clark's daughter. I was in the Waxahachie Texas ward when you adopted your first child. Now to see what a large and beautiful family you have, I am completely overjoyed! I found you on Chelsea's blog and so I hope you don't mind that had to sneak a peek. I'm so happy for you and your family. You two deserve all these children more than anyone. You are truly genuine and sweet people. Congratulations and a MUCHO happy Mother's day to you!!
I love the picture. You have such an adorable family and you are my mother hero!
